Dairy Queen - Immediate Shift Lead Position

Dairy Queen is seeking a talented and motivated Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive work environment for the team.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience, required
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
Functions :
- Oversee entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Ensure crew are trained on all PRIDE systems, product recipes, and safety practices
- Assist with developing strategies to increase average meal checks and frequency of customer visits
- Establish and maintain high standards for fan service and handle customer concerns effectively
- Coach and develop crew members to build a highly skilled and productive team
Responsibilities :
- Perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant
- Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Work around allergens and other food products
- Other duties as requested by the General Manager
