- Translate our client’s business objectives into compelling creative design solutions through comprehensive research and strategy across multiple print and digital channels.
- Generate new and original creative solutions within the parameters of stated objectives and brand guidelines with the utmost design integrity.
- Execute all projects with strong layout, typography, color theory, and design principles at a consistently high quality.
- Perform creatively while paying acute attention to detail and with good organization skills and a production sensibility.
- Assist account managers with project approaches and management of client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal team during brainstorming sessions, to determine timelines, and facilitate effective communication between team members, vendors, and clients.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients by ensuring interactions are welcoming, considerate, transparent, and focused on creative problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain client relationships by overseeing their brand standards, ensuring design consistency, and fostering trust.
- Communicate clearly with clients, serving as a strategic resource to the sales team and guiding clients through the creative process and rationale.
- Offer input and share ideas with the internal team and external clients.
- Accept feedback graciously from the creative team, account staff, and clients, then implement them into effective and creative visual solutions.
- Manage the creative process from strategy through execution by taking the initiative, setting expectations, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality all with a self-starter mindset.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and tips across all media and share knowledge with colleagues and peers.
- Assist in enhancing the company’s reputation by expanding creative design, branding, and marketing capabilities.
- Assist in creative copywriting, copyediting, and proofreading when needed.
- Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other tools necessary to perform job functions.
