Position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. SAIC provides relocation assistance.
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO).
We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and / or intelligence software systems.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for successful delivery of a program to a customer; or manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of another PM.
- Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
- Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements.
- Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.
- Lead a cross functional team, to include but not limited to, ofsystems engineers, software and hardware integrators, software developers, cyber security experts, trainers, configuration managers, and logisticians.
- Interpret and break down high level requirements to execute projects and tasks at a rapid pace.
- Comfortable with managing highly complex and technical projects.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of experience; four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree
Required Clearance :
Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS / SCI
