Position Summary :

Responsibilities

• Financial lead on cross-functional projects involving analysis, modeling and critical thinking
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and document business processes to support strategic decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial health and performance
• Work closely with the Accounting team during the monthly close process to ensure revenues and expenses are complete and accurate
• Prepare clear and concise internal financial reports for senior management review
• Support the evaluation of a wide range of business opportunities, including M&A, investments, partnerships, and other strategic options

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Five (5) years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with PowerBI
• Ability to work in multiple systems and with data from a variety of sources
• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic and fiscal planning skills and abilities
• A highly effective and skilled communicator
• Great attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
