Outside Sales Representative / Hunter
Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales / Hunter to join our team. This role focuses on aggressively expanding our business by identifying and capturing new opportunities in a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and Identify Opportunities : Aggressively identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to customer segments.
- Proposal Development : Create and present compelling, customer-centric proposals that demonstrate the value of our services.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to leverage their expertise and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Achieve Targets : Meet or exceed specific activity benchmarks and sales targets.
- Market Intelligence : Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience : Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in a hunter role with a focus on new business development.
- Skills :
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM or SFA tools.
- Attributes :

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
