Purpose of Role : The Distribution Supervisor will be responsible to help achieve relevant KPI’s, driving continuous improvement, delivering value to our customers, and collaborating across the organization.

• Achievement of KPIs : Focus on achieving relevant KPIs including Zero Harm Safety, On-Time Delivery, and Revenue Output.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in your team and relevant work processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications :

• Relevant experience (5-10 years) in a large distribution business, including management of warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge and familiarity with SAP are considered a plus.
• College degree is preferred and could serve as a reduction to years of required experience.
