About the Role :

As an Investment Associate, you'll be at the cutting edge of venture capital, working with a team that has built a $300mm+ revenue, 4,000+ person digital transformation company.

You'll leverage a proprietary growth platform to accelerate growth for B2B product and services companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the venture capital world and position yourself for exceptional career growth.

What will I do?

• Deal Hunter : Use proprietary sourcing tools to identify and convert entrepreneurs and founders into partner Portfolio Companies.
• Relationship Builder : Contact potential Portfolio Companies via various channels, establishing rapport and determining fit.
• Internal Collaborator : Work with Investment Management and Marketing teams to create high-quality materials.
• Growth Strategist : Provide comprehensive solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability of Portfolio Companies.
• Investment Evangelist : Persuasively present and sell the investment thesis to existing and prospective Portfolio Companies.
• Network Cultivator : Establish and maintain positive, dynamic business and portfolio relationships.

Required skills and qualifications :

• Academic Foundation : BA or equivalent in finance, business administration, accounting, statistics, or economics.
• Industry Experience : Background in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, or related fields.
• Location : Resident of the US or Canada.
• Detail Oriented : Great attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
• Analytical Thinker : Ability to model, present data, and transform analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Pressure Handler : Performs well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Independent Worker : Capable of working with a high degree of autonomy.
• Communication Ace : Strong interpersonal skills, confident in presenting to business leaders and senior professionals.
• Language Proficiency : Fluent in English.
