Job Description
What You Will Be Doing :
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Overseeing the execution of the data labeling project, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Tracking and reporting on program performance and customer satisfaction.
- Leading a team of analysts, data annotators, quality assurance specialists, and subcontractors.
- Providing training and guidance on the data labeling platform, techniques, and project requirements.
- Serving as the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring all needs are understood and deliverables are achieved.
- Ensuring optimal use of platform features to improve efficiency and accuracy in data labeling.
- Overseeing the data pipeline from acquisition to labeling to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Managing data storage and retrieval processes.
- Implementing and managing quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of labeled data.
- Conducting regular reviews and audits of labeled data to identify and rectify issues.
Required Skills
Must Have :
- MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, geospatial studies, or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 8 years of program management experience, with at least 2 years in computer vision, geospatial technologies, or data labeling.
- Understanding of machine learning and computer vision concepts, particularly in object detection and geospatial data.
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and customer-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Experience with managing AI / ML projects.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
