Production Lead
Job Location : Petaluma, California
Pay Rate : $22-$25 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm
Description of Position :
Do you have extensive experience in a production warehouse? Our client is looking for a Production Lead candidate who will be responsible for overseeing production operations.
The Production Lead is expected to understand all duties and responsibilities associated with this role. Key responsibilities include :
- Monitoring packaging dates, run times, gallonage, and expected case counts for each packaging run.
- Double-checking all piping and parameters before packaging runs, ensuring thorough inspection of lines.
- Reading and understanding equipment manuals and SOPs critical to proper production.
- Managing the relationship of correct temperature, viscosity, weight, and overrun for packaging.
- Keeping an accurate inventory and ensuring proper storage of all packaging and inclusions.
- Planning ahead for inclusion thaw times and maintaining awareness of available packaging.
