Position Overview
NVISION® is currently searching for a Fulfillment Account Specialist with the ability to manage complex projects, build relationships, and deliver results in a customer-facing role.
This is a developmental position that fosters understanding of all aspects of our business including various internal / external teams, internal / external operations, and distribution consulting services for the customer.
The candidate must be comfortable with managing many projects at once, all while consistently shaping customer expectations in a manner that allows for success.
This is a high impact position that will act as a liaison between the customer, distribution center, supplier network and NVISION® operations and sales departments regarding projects, inventory, reporting and other miscellaneous tasks.
This individual would be expected to gain a thorough comprehension of the needs of the customer as well as a complete understanding of the value that NVISION® brings to the partnership.
Interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to be both analytical and consultative in nature are essential core competencies.
Furthermore, it is an expectation that the candidate increases the effectiveness of the day-to-day relationship with the designated client while contributing to the account team’s ability to meet or exceed the business performance plan.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Develop a tactical understanding of the program from start to finish and proactively seek opportunities to drive improvement, including but not limited to;
maintaining adequate inventory levels to support the field, managing the replenishment process, avoiding obsolete inventory, assist in managing ordering platforms, etc.
- Collaboratively work within the Account Team and Supplier Network to understand and manage the key point-of-sale and merchandising components for timely in-bound shipment arrival dates.
- Become supremely knowledgeable surrounding all aspects of the NVISION Reporting portal and work directly with the client to ensure appropriate reports are delivered at a desired cadence to the appropriate key customer contacts.
- Understand and advise on supply chain efficiencies : warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, etc.
- Manage all LOD’s (Large Order Drops) as directed from the customer for timely delivery of their merchandising materials to the sales force.
- Ability to partner with the Account Team to create project schedules, manage due dates, and shape expectations in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Acquire expertise on NVISION® system offerings and technology platforms.
- Establish timely and accurate reporting metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify program results on a monthly basis.
- Proactively address issues and inquires in a timely and professional manner.
- Solve problems and escalate issues or opportunities when appropriate and / or warranted.
- Oversee and support complex projects to support the field and other sales requests from initiation to completion as directed within the Account Team.
- Support the creation of effective presentations and deliver relevant content to key customers as appropriate alongside the Account Team.
- Advise on low-stock inventory based on analytical metrics dashboard.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution Services or other related field
- Strong organizational skills that allow for fast and high-level multitasking
- Ability to effectively prioritize, lead, and manage a project in a dynamic, fast paced corporate setting
- Proven ability to effectively build relationships, take quick, decisive action, and be assertive when necessary
- Exceptional, persuasive verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to be a strong listener
- A self-starter who proactively seeks out new opportunities with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Customer focus; highest attention to detail; intellectual curiosity
- Knowledge of most MS Office programs, with a heavy influence on Excel
- Preferred. Hold analytical experience related to distribution / fulfillment centers.
