CornerStone Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Research Coordinator to join the team with City of Dallas.
This role involves conducting legal research, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication between clients and the legal team.

Location : Dallas, TX
Pay : $25 / hour
Legal Research and Documentation :
Conduct thorough legal research to support case development.
Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and complaint summaries.
Communicate with witnesses and parties to gather necessary information and documents.
Assist in managing initial client inquiries and complaints.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently.
Gather critical information for effective case evaluation.
Collaborate with the FH team, outside agencies, and community partners.
Facilitate communication between all parties involved and staff members.
Provide clients with regular updates on case progress.
Manage emails and prioritize important communications.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency.
Implement approved changes and track their effectiveness.
Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage time effectively to support various projects and tasks.
Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or GED
