As a Premier HVAC Technician, you can fairly and honestly take care of our customers and their HVAC needs.
Our most successful HVAC technicians possess strong people, communication, sales, and technical HVAC skills. To be successful in this role, you should have prior HVAC Technician experience or knowledge, which includes the following :
- Enter a customer's home to troubleshoot and repair their HVAC needs
- Build a thorough report of any potential repairs or issues
- Discuss different options and estimates with the customer so that they can make an educated decision
- Complete an invoice with accurate pricing for the customer and collect payments
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors
- Maintain organization and followed up with customers and members of the team
- Drive a company vehicle safely and responsibly
- Possess an EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification; NATE certifications are preferred but not required
Our pay range is $50,000-$60,000 per year, with our top HVAC Technicians earning well over $150,000 per year with the commission from service calls and bonuses!
