THIS POSITION REQUIRES :

• A Bachelor level degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university is required.
• 10 + years of Structural Engineering experience.
• A current PE or SE license is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• A Masters level degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Experience using finite element analysis software .
• A demonstrated ability to work with Structural Engineering CAD models .
• A working proficiency creating and using Structural Engineering drawings .

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

Relevant experience in an industrial setting and project cost-estimating are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.

Any experience in agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, oilseeds, biofuels, grain milling & handling, pet food or animal feed would be helpful.

Prior experience in Consulting Engineering is a plus.

• The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-based, multidisciplinary environment.
• The ability to manage multiple-assignments and to flexibly re-prioritize work as necessary.
• Attention to details, adhering to quality standards, and customer service skills are essential.

WORK SCHEDULE :

This is a full-time Structural Engineering position that typically works a 40-hour week.
