Job Offer : OTR Company Driver CDL Class A
Key Highlights :
Home Time : 12 days on the road, 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend.
3 months of experience is a requirement
- Route : OTR across all 48 states, with the majority of freight east of I-35. No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs.
- Miles : Drivers average 2,000-2,200 miles per week (based on Hours of Service and availability).
- Freight : All no-touch freight .
- 50-60% drop & hook
- 40-50% live unload
- Equipment : 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
- Average haul length : 600+ miles.
- Support : 24 / 7 access to operations specialists, with empowered shifts for your needs.
Compensation and Bonuses :
- Mileage Pay : 0.54 - 0.60 CPM
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date).
Vacation Package :
- 1 year 1 week
- 3 years 2 weeks
- 7 years 3 weeks
- 15 years 4 weeks
