We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at our Mesa Campus in PHX. The Administrative Support Coordinator coordinates and / or performs a wide variety of administrative and support activities.
They participate in the coordination and completion of special projects and / or events.
- Conduct all duties and responsibilities ethically and professionally.
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in education.
- Ensure facility is properly maintained and appears professional at all times.
- Conduct all duties and responsibilities to achieve a win-win situation for students and the College.
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business, and assist visitors to appropriate person.
- Data entry, tracking, filing and monthly audits of student flight files.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external parties, as appropriate, in a highly professional, diplomatic, and friendly manner.
- Assists in the development of standard operating procedures.
- Assist with maintenance shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Compile material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
- Assist in the execution of day-to-day business including, but not limited to, answering phones, and placing calls, managing email, and reporting.
- Documentation and uniform check prior to student flight activities.
- Ramp in and out of all flight student training activities.
- Protects the aircraft keys and binders by securing access.
- Record all aircraft discrepancies and refer to the maintenance department.
- Ensure that all open activities are completed.
- Front line sales and site inventory for CAU Store.
- Other duties as assigned.
