As a Promotional Sales Representative, the primary objective is to promote affordable, efficient, and fast services on behalf of our clients to residential customers - both new and existing.
We lean into a community mindset offering free cell phones to those in need to stay in contact within their circles, to increase employment and to prioritize connection.
You will build strong customer relationships, provide exceptional customer support, deliver detailed product presentations, and excel in communication through each step of the process, from enrollment to installation.
Sales Representatives are responsible for building relationships and increasing overall market share as an authorized deal for True Connect.
Wireless Sales Representative Key Responsibilities :
- Stay up to date on all products and residential promotional campaigns to provide the most accurate deals to our customers.
- Develop customer relationships to understand their telecommunication needs and maximize sales opportunities through cross-selling, upgrades and recommending additional solutions, but most importantly giving a phone to all that are in need.
- Walk each customer through the sales process with white glove, full service customer service treatment.
- Communicate professionally and warmly to encourage customers to approach us with their concerns and inquiries.
- Promote our partner's services in innovative ways to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
- Embody our company's mission and culture by going the extra mile and taking initiative with colleagues, clients, and higher-level account management.
- Participate in training with executive-level account managers to advance from an entry-level position to a more senior sales management role.
Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications :
- 1-2 years in a customer service, community facing or sales-focused role.
- Strong public speaking skills and clear, confident communication.
- Tech-savvy or a passion for technology and the ability to grasp new tools and concepts quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet and adapt to a diverse customer base.
- A proactive and driven mindset with a desire to learn new skills.
- A passion for engaging in direct customer interactions and maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and integrity.
