Overview : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing and organizing the sales operations of our company. This role involves managing our sales team, including mentoring and training to exceed sales objectives.
Candidate must be well versed in CRM platforms and reporting. Strong communication and computer skills are key elements in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals and targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales guidelines and extensive training programs.
- Mentor sales team to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Present onboarding goals, processes and targets to expand customer base and sales.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for individual sales team members.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness and professional development.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create marketing campaigns and strategies that align with sales goals.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and customer issues in a positive manner.
- Work closely with executive team to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. (Hubspot preferable)
- Availability to travel as needed.
