Role Overview
As an MRA intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of creative, technical, and team-oriented projects that support key business initiatives.
Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing our success and enhancing member value. This internship will provide you with broad exposure to various MRA lines of business and allow you to interact with a wide range of business professionals across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Project Work : Assist with and contribute to creative, technical, and strategic projects within assigned departments.
- Surveys : Help design, distribute, and analyze surveys. Learn about our survey platforms to ensure that staff are educated and utilize all relevant survey tools.
- Professional Interaction : Network with business professionals and gain insights into various functions within the organization.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively within teams, contributing ideas and supporting project goals.
Qualifications
- Work Schedule : available at least 16 hours a week (20-35 hours a week during the summer and 20-30 hours during the fall preferred).
- Education : Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a major in HR or related studies.
- Skills : able to perform at a high level of productivity with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft products specifically : Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new technologies and systems.
Attributes : Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to different roles and tasks as needed.
