Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS Node.

js and React.js. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.

The position is day shift with no travel required.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Location : Saint Louis, MO (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust architecture solutions using AWS Node.js and React.js.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in software development and architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for architecture and design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys solutions remain competitive.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure security and data protection measures are implemented effectively.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in AWS Node.js and React.js.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Have a deep understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Display strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Be proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to junior developers.
