As an IT System Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, maintaining and optimizing the technology infrastructure that supports our fulfillment center.

What You’ll Do :
- Tech Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.
- System Setup : Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Help Desk Hero : Provide friendly, efficient support for IT-related issues, helping our team members stay productive.
- Project Participation : Join exciting IT projects, from system upgrades to new deployments, and help drive our technology forward.
- Security & Maintenance : Assist in monitoring security events and keeping our systems safe, while maintaining IT inventory and asset management.
- Collaboration : Work closely with your team to identify and implement improvements that make our processes even better.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Support our Warehouse Management System and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage Windows 11 desktops, providing expert support for both Windows and macOS environments.
- Build, set up, and provision workstations, laptops, and other equipment.
- Handle new employee setup and ensure everyone has the tech they need to succeed.
- Maintain our Server Room and coordinate with vendors for new services and equipment.
What You Bring to the Table :
- Technical Know-How : Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, Windows 11, Office 365, and more.
- Problem-Solving Skills : You’re a critical thinker who loves diving into challenges and finding solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :
- A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Operations Management is a plus.
- CompTIA A+ or similar industry certification, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an IT Help Desk environment (1-3 years).
What to Expect :
- Hands-On Work : Be ready to lift and move equipment, navigate our busy warehouse, and handle the physical demands of the job.
- On-Site Presence : This role is on-site, with general office hours from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility : Occasional after-hours work may be needed for system upgrades or service outages. We value your flexibility and readiness to step up when needed.
