We are seeking a Jr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of administrative tasks including contract management, statement of work completion, and organizational duties.
This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the process of contract management and ensure all details are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Compile and finalize Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring all necessary details and specifications are included.
- Utilize Microsoft Word for various tasks including document formatting and report creation.
- Leverage your math skills to ensure correct billing and financial accuracy in the Statements of Work.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Show attention to detail in all administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Use your writing skills to draft clear and concise communications.
- Apply knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- Use your skills in contract administration to aid in the process of reading and understanding contracts.
- Apply your marketing skills to promote the organization's objectives and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data management and analysis.
- Experience with billing functions, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Proficiency in calendar management to coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Familiarity with claim administration, including processing and managing claims.
- Knowledge of consumer electronics for troubleshooting and support.
- Experience in contract administration, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Ability to conduct contract audits to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies.
- Must possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
