Any Digital based experience is preferred. Should be in involved in all phases of SDLC)Around 10 years of experience in IT domain with proven work experience in digital marketing spaceExperience in varied digital marketing engagements like consulting implementations operations etc.
with part of at least 2-3 sizeable digital marketing enablement engagementsUp-to date on latest trends in digital marketing and well aware of areas like CRM, SEO, Social media marketing, email-marketing etc.
Played customer facing roles and sound experience in handling customer independentlyExpertise in understanding customer needs (stated and unstated) and provide possible alternativesExperience of working as a proxy product owner to represent and support geographically distributed development team in project lifecycle including requirement estimation, verification and validation closely working with customer product owners for requirements elicitation and documentationExperience in working with digital creative and analytics agenciesExperience in working with globally distributed virtual teams and working in onsite off-shore model # with the candidate having been on the client side, acting as liaison between client and offshore development teamsExpertise in content and commerce space with functional knowledge of leading CMS Ecommerce product suitesStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingSupport Team building and drive organizations digital initiativesExperience with agile tools like JIRA for requirements management
