• Write clearly and persuasively. Your docs, updates, and specs move decisions forward
• Operate at multiple levels : roll up your sleeves on IC work and lift to long-term strategy
• Bring energy and presence into the office every day — you'll be alongside engineering, design, sales, and leadership
• Balance vision with detail. No problem is too small, no challenge too big
