Position Summary

The Analytics Manager will lead the development and implementation of data analysis strategies to support business objectives.

This role involves managing a team of analysts, designing analytical models, interpreting data trends, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Allocate resources, set priorities, and oversee project timelines.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with business units to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Lead clinical quality and productivity analysis initiatives.
• Implement best practices and standards for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data used in analysis.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations.
• Provide training and support to team members and business users on analytics tools and methodologies.
• Formalize Agile methodology and implement servicenow ticketing system.
• Integrate Netsuite and Salesforce into current dashboards.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis - Healthcare or radiology data a major plus.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
