As we grow, we're seeking a dynamic, organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Administrative Assistant , supporting both sales operations and office administration.

Position Overview

The Sales & Administrative Assistant will be essential to the daily operations of our office, providing direct support to the CEO and contributing to sales efforts.

This hybrid role requires an individual who can manage both administrative tasks and assist in the sales process, ensuring efficiency and a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level assistance to the CEO.
  • Assist the sales team with client communications, follow-ups, and proposal preparation.
  • Manage and update customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for the management team.
  • Assist in preparing marketing documents and other promotional materials.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation.
  • Process invoices, prepare paperwork, and support administrative functions.

Qualifications

Required :

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for CRM, reporting, and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.

Preferred :

  • Experience in the renewable energy sector or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other CRM systems or sales tools.
