Optima Dealer Services is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn, strive, and succeed as a Windshield Chip Repair Technician at Audi Fremont Auto Dealership.
The Windshield Chip Repair Technician performs vehicle glass repairs whenever a glass replacement is not required. Our paid, formal training program teaches everything needed to complete these specialized repairs, regardless of any prior experience.
We will pay you hourly plus $15.00 per repair.

Requirements :
- Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass-related issues on customer vehicles.
- Manage work orders and customer documentation.
- Willing to strive and be a team player.
- Have attention to detail and be able to receive feedback and provide the Optima Dealer Services Quality Control needed for our Clients and Services.
- Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
- Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Assist the Car Wash Department as needed.
