Position Overview
My client is an innovative space robotics company who are growing from recent success & looking to bring on a Test Technician!

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional and environmental tests on space hardware.
- Oversee the upkeep of the testing facility.
- Perform assembly tasks on electromechanical systems.
- Construct and repair cable harnesses.
- Record and document test results.
- Support engineers with testing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of related experience in the aero, defense, space, military, or similar highly regulated industry.
- 2+ years of experience with electromechanical assembly and testing, soldering, and wire harness assembly.
- Solid understanding of electrical schematics.
- Experienced with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Exposure to Linux OS.
- Skilled with test instrumentation, control components, hand tools, and machining equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and engineering drawings / GD&T.
- Must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a US person as : any individual who is granted U.S. citizenship;
or any individual who is granted U.S. permanent residence ("Green Card" holder); or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person" under 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(3).
