As a Talent Acquisition Lead, your role will include the implementation of talent acquisition strategies for the COS and the &Other Stories Brands in the US & Canada.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will collaborate with Leaders within the North America Regional Team to tailor strategies based on their needs.

Additionally, you will collaborate with a TA Partner, working towards achieving recruitment goals and contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs).

Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to

  • Manage a professional end to end recruitment processes for office and store level positions within the US, Canada and Mexicoensuring candidates receive quality feedback and the best possible experience
  • Guide hiring managers on the best way to recruit, offer recommendations and provide them with useful insights. Secure their commitment to secure the right candidates are selected, within an agreed timeline
  • Coordinate communication and key recruitment updates with leaders in the organization responsible for the hiring of new colleagues
  • Analyze and follow up recruitment KPIs, coach othersto identify areas of strength and opportunity, ensuring appropriate actions are being taken to drive the talent acquisition function forward
  • Partner with our district teamsto implement talent acquisition strategiesand ensure there is effective workforce plan in place to secure the right resources are available at the right time
  • Set recruitment budgets for the year and follow up with each area to ensure all spend is within parameters
  • Activate local recruitment marketing campaigns, digitallythrough job and / orcareer events

Qualifications

As a specialist in a multibrand network organization, you face various demands. Your strength lies in understanding stakeholders and involving them effectively.

Additionally, your excellent communication skills allow you to adapt to the needs of the stakeholders you encounter.

For this role, we are particularly interested in candidates who have :

  • Experience working in a recruitment / TA role, directly responsible for the recruitment of retail and or corporate level / head office positions.
  • Experience building relationship with stakeholders and hiring managers for leading to successful outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt messages to diverse audiences, level of seniority and different stakeholders needs.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities with a curious and prestige-less approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to shift and prioritize between strategic work and hands on operational tasks

Compensation : Hiring range is $112,881-$126,912 annually

This is a full time 1 year fixed term contract role based in New York. The role reports to Regional HR Manager.
