Title : Associate Brand Manager- Tasty Bite

Workstyle : Hybrid (flexible) 2days a week

With primary responsibility for business analysis, budgeting, and execution of marketing plan elements, the position of Tasty Bite Associate Brand Manager requires someone with superior project management skills and a strong analytical mindset.
The ABM plays a key project management role with outside marketing suppliers such as packaging and PR firms. An ABM must be a strong influencer of people in cross-functional assignments, coordinating with other functional areas to ensure necessary actions occur in support of the brand.
This position also requires a high degree of comfort with data analysis and business insights.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in related major such as Business, Economics, Marketing).
3 + years relevant experience preferably in consumer-packaged goods marketing (Brand capacity)
MBA preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, especially in coordination with external suppliers such as packaging and PR firms.
Comfort with data analysis and deriving actionable business insights is crucial for making informed decisions and optimizing marketing plans.
Strong capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution of brand strategies.
Experience in the execution of marketing plan elements, demonstrating a hands-on approach to implementing strategies and measuring their effectiveness.
Ability to work effectively with different departments to drive brand success and meet objectives.
What will be your responsibilities?
Lead business analysis to gain a deep understanding of brand and product performance and identify key category / competitive drivers across sales channels, using sales reports and syndicated research (Neilson / Spins) data.
Identify insights and translate into business initiatives and / or actionable tasks to drive results.
Provide brand inputs on volume forecast on a monthly basis, coordinating between demand (Sales, Marketing) and supply (Manufacturing, Logistics) planning to deliver best-in-class forecast accuracy.
Lead the execution of updated package graphics initiatives, coordinating a cross functional team that includes Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D
Manage the Marketing budget (A&CP and Marketing Overheads), collaborating with Finance to ensure marketing-related expenses are accounted for accurately.
Participate in Portfolio Management Review process to ensure innovation plan sufficiency
Participate in the execution of other market research initiatives, including both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
and external package design and FDA compliance partners.
Assist with the development and execution of key marketing initiatives, including advertising / PR, promotions, new product line extensions, etc.
Compile and present bi-annual consumer marketplace trends analysis to the broader team used to inform brand innovation path.
