Your day.
As a Provider in Family Medicine you'll work with 3 other Physicians, and 3 Advance Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience.
Throughout the day you'll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.
- You would practice at Denver West Clinic in Lakewood, Colorado
- Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7 : 00am-5pm, and Saturdays 8 am - 1p m
- Shared Practice Phone Call

- Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
- Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
- Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
