Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements :

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate
• Proven experience as a General Contractor (GC) with a focus on industrial construction
• Background in industrial / agribusiness construction projects
• Will consider experience as a high-level engineering leader with Project Management experience, including large-scale CapEx in an industrial / manufacturing environment
