Real Estate firm looking for a bright and motivated attorney to work fully remote from the TN or AL area. The prefect candidate will live in the Nashville or Birmingham location.
This candidate needs to have experience with reviewing titles and real estate compliance issues. This is an entry-level position, but candidates with experience reviewing and clearing title matters will be considered.
This is a position that will offer great stability. Must be barred in GA, TN, MS or AL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Ensure deadlines for GA, TN, AL and MS are met.
- Reviews title report and perform title curative measures.
- Assist in maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist other departments with questions regarding foreclosure and title law.
- Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
- Drafts deeds and other documents.
