Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Emergency Response Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching First Aid, CPR & AED courses, BLS Provider Courses, and Stop the Bleed courses across our multiple locations.
This role requires a dependable individual with a passion for emergency response training and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct First Aid, CPR & AED, BLS Provider, and Stop the Bleed training courses to diverse groups of participants.
- Deliver engaging and effective instructional materials and hands-on practice sessions.
- Assess and evaluate participants’ performance to ensure comprehension and proficiency.
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in emergency response training.
- Travel to various locations as needed to deliver training courses. Reliable transportation is essential.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Emergency Response Instructor or in a similar training role.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR & AED, BLS Provider, and Stop the Bleed (must be up-to-date).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Demonstrated ability to handle diverse groups and varying skill levels.
- Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing schedules and locations as needed.
