Position Description
As a Senior EWM SAP Business Analyst your goal is to drive process optimization and innovation within our warehouse and distribution operations.
As a subject matter expert in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), you will lead projects that translate complex business needs into efficient, scalable solutions.
You will leverage your expertise in EWM configuration, integration, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Lead 1-2 large and 3-5 small concurrent projects related to EWM implementation, enhancement, or optimization, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- EWM Configuration : Design and configure EWM processes, including inbound / outbound operations, storage control, labor management, slotting, cross-docking, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
- Data Analysis : Analyze data from EWM reports and transactions to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering : Elicit and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall warehouse and distribution strategies.
- Change Management : Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilization of EWM solutions.
- User Support : Provide ongoing support and training to EWM end-users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
Job Skills Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and configuration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of EWM functionality, including configuration, integration, and master data management.
Experience with other relevant SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM) is a plus.
- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Certifications : SAP certification in EWM or a related module is desired.
- Language : Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and / or location
