We are currently seeking A Quality Assurance Specialist in Lawrence, MA.

experienced, passionate quality assurance (QA) team lead to strengthen this team with extreme

attention to detail and an unlimited drive for creation. The ideal candidate is a quality-driven

expert who ensures the highest quality company production standards. The chosen candidate

joins a developed quality team committed to improving the quality of our products and building a

supportive environment for all employees to participate in quality assurance standards, from

initial development to finished product.

The position QA Specialist manages and maintains the database for the quality management

system, prepares and presents quality trending reports, provides input to QA Manager and / or

Team Leader on team member performance, maintains quality assurance documents and

coordinates with process owners to keep all the procedures efficient and up to date, and assists all

departments in QMS policies and procedures

Objectives

Maintain and adhere to the company quality management system

Help and participate in the internal audit program

Ensure that quality complaints and issues are properly documented, maintained, and

addressed

Identify and execute training needs for the whole company

Collaborate with internal teams to analyze system requirements

Develop and implement workflows, standards, and process improvements

Store, manage, and track company documents and assist in the updating of quality

documents

Monthly Responsibilities

Provide support to the quality team on procedures and training

Develop and maintain Quality and Production procedures

Perform and maintain internal audits

Maintain metrics for the company

Skills and qualifications

Familiar with the ISO 9001-2015 standard

Knowledge of QA methods and tools, computer competence, and testing practices

Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, time-management, and

multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years experience working in QA environments

Experience with ISO 13485 a plus

Bachelors degree

Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism

and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization

  • Develop and Implement workflows, standards and process improvements
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and ensure high standards and

quality of process by identification of the root cause and implementation of action plans of quality

issues

  • Store, manage and track company documents and assist in the updating of quality documents
  • Monitor and analyze customers’ feedback and complaints and manage all customer survey

documentation

  • Participate in Customer meetings as the Quality Assurance Representative
  • Ensure that all key quality assurance procedures, standards, quality control mechanisms, and tools

are properly utilized adhering to Internal Audit procedures

  • Lead all external and internal audits
  • Participate and monitor supplier evaluation and re-evaluation processes
  • Assist Project Manager and project teams as NPI coordinator adhering to Product Introduction

procedures

  • Assist with QA monthly report to management and assist in preparation of annual reports
  • Monitor and maintain change control, deviation, and product complaint programs
  • Review and approve of all change orders adhering to Management of Change procedures
  • Train New Hires to ensure their understanding of company QMS processes and databases
  • Perform other duties related to job function as may be necessary
  • Must adhere to Quality Management System
