Adecco’s client is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner to join their team in New York, USA.

Pay range is : 80,000 - 90,000 yearly

Hybrid in Syracuse, NY or REMOTE for valid NYC Workers’ compensation anywhere in the USA.
What you’ll do :
- Investigate and analyze complex workers' compensation claims.
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation.
- Manage claim reserves and financial aspects.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Valid Adjuster’s License in NY
- 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims management. OIC experience as well.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and systems.
Note :
This role is Hybrid in Syracuse, NY; thus, open to candidates living in Syracuse, NY or REMOTE for valid NYC Workers’ Comp Professionals in USA.
Pay Details : 80,000.00 to 90,000.00 per year
