LHH is partnering with a client near downtown Indianapolis, Indiana for an experienced Executive Assistant for direct hire.

This position will directly support the organization's President and Senior Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and travel coordination
  • Creating and formatting correspondence, memo's, proposals and presentations
  • Coordinate Board meetings, tracking activity, working with legal counsel to ensure compliance
  • Assisting with administration to track grants and sponsorships
  • Managing confidential assignments and additional tasks and projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience as an EA
  • Experience supporting Board of Directors and senior level leaders.
  • Ability to perform work with great attention to detail, clear and concise communication, and proficient with operating office equipment
