We're searching for an experienced and self-motivated General Manager, with a proven track record of success in operating and scaling a real estate business.
You'll be in charge of all aspects of operations, including the sales, marketing, and administrative team leads. Profitable growth of the company will be your #1 priority and your KPIs will reflect that priority and the bonus opportunities inherent in the position.
Some of the key responsibilities will include recruiting and retention of sales partners, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets, and implementing the company's quarterly and annual strategies.

Compensation :
$70,000 - $80,000 + insurance + bonus
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales team goals and yearly sales targets and plan and implement short and long-term marketing plans
- Develop and train your team to better serve your customers
- Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business
- Develop, train, and hold accountable, the teams that you are responsible for managing.
Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
- High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality
- Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position
