Local CPA is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! This position is ideal for someone with QuickBooks experience, strong communication skills and the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines while effectively working in a team environment. We offer great work / life balance with lots of growth opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform data entry
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable processing
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Payroll processing

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
