The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects of varying size and complexity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and motivation among team members.
  • Risk Management : Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and delays.
  • Resource Allocation : Allocate and manage project resources efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
  • Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report on financial progress to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Communicate project status, progress, and issues to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
  • Change Management : Manage project scope changes and assess their impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Must have experience in software development and deployment.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
  • Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
