What We're Looking For :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Consultant with over 10 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading clients through various infrastructure and data initiatives, developing comprehensive IT strategies, and enhancing cybersecurity measures.

This role requires a deep understanding of current IT trends and the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business solutions.

Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Advisory :

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, guiding them through complex infrastructure and data initiatives.
• Develop and present IT strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and future growt

Infrastructure Initiatives :

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of client infrastructure projects.
• Assess and recommend improvements for existing systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

Data Initiatives :

• Oversee data management projects, including data warehousing, big data analytics, and cloud data solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and security throughout all stages of the data lifecycle.

IT Strategy Development :

• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive IT strategies that drive business innovation and efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends to advise clients on potential technological advancements.

Cybersecurity :

• Conduct thorough security assessments and develop robust cybersecurity strategies.
• Implement security solutions to protect client data and infrastructure from potential threats.

Project Management :

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Stakeholder Engagement :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for IT initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Continuous Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the consulting practice.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.

Education & Experience Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical consulting or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure and data initiatives, IT strategy development, and cybersecurity projects.

Skills :

• Deep understanding of current IT trends and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (, CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
