Our client in Plano is looking for a Director of Treasury who oversees all operational banking relationships. As a direct report to the CAO, you will be responsible for overall liquidity management, interest rate management, capital deployment, debt covenant compliance, and implementation of new treasury policies.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties :

• Ensure compliance with existing covenants using knowledge of all financial and credit agreement terms.
• Evaluate, develop, implement and monitor cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
• Maintain weekly cash forecast.
• Manage interest expense planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of company cash flow.
• Manage merchant bank processing and money transmitter banks.
• Compile financial estimates and draft bank compliance package.
• Support funds flow and other M&A transaction requirements.
• Manage Company money order lockbox processing department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual SLAs.
• Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

• A proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functional areas within a large organization
• Solid accounting skills and familiarity working with accounting teams
• Expert experience in excel
• Strong analytical experience and knowledge
• Ability to work with senior executives under time pressure
• Ability to present to a large and sophisticated financial audience

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including in finance / accounting, investment banking, or similar environment to include :
• 5+ years’ experience leading, coaching, and developing staff
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role for a private equity owned or public company
• Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related filed
• Prior experience in banking and / or finance a strong plus
• Proficient in data retrieval applications such as TM1 / Anaplan

Physical Requirements :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to : stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.

Occasionally, may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
