Key Management Services Analyst Key Responsibilities :
- Cryptographic Key Management :
- Exchange cryptographic keys with customers globally.
- Utilize inhouse-built tools like OpenSSL for key management.
- Handle up to 30 key exchanges concurrently.
- Information Security Focus :
- Background in Help Desk or Network Command Center, emphasizing Information Security.
- Understanding of Symmetric vs Asymmetric Keys, PKI, and cryptographic protocols.
- Customer Interaction :
- Communicate with customers (internal & external) via email, IM, and phone.
- Assist in loading payment keys and validating them within systems.
- Track all actions using ticketing systems.
- Team Collaboration :
- Work within a team of 13, supporting and training peers as needed.
- Foster a cooperative environment where team members assist each other.
- Operational Support :
- Project manage key exchanges to ensure service continuity.
- Operate key management systems adhering to security protocols.
- Support customers on technical and procedural inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Education : Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience : Intermediate to Advanced skills preferred.
- Technical Knowledge : IT Security, cryptography, and payment authorization systems.
- Language Skills : Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Soft Skills : Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attributes : Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and adaptable.
- Team Skills : Collaborative, structured, and able to work in a diverse team environment.
