About The Position

Drug Enforcement Administration certification preferred Must-Have : Comprehensive resume including education (with location and year of graduation), training, and complete work history Job Description : Provide on-site primary care services to the male population in a correctional facility- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure quality patient care- Conduct assessments and develop care plans- Manage and follow up on patient conditions- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures- Participate in medical team meetings and case discussions- Address health education and promotion needs for the population served- Conduct screenings and vaccinations as necessary- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for continuity of care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
