Petersburg. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Pay Rate : $26 per hour.

Work hours : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Terms : Temporary (Potential for full-time with benefits)

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Trainer? You’ll be :

  • Conducting training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes.
  • Assisting in the creation of training programs.
  • Training employees in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortably training employees on the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
  • Asking direct questions to assess trainees’ comprehension.
  • Modeling collaborative and empowering behaviors.
  • Monitoring training effectiveness through evaluation techniques.
  • Performing other assigned duties and responsibilities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have two to six years of experience in a technical, vocational, trade, or manufacturing-based training capacity (preferred).
  • Have professional hands-on training experience at a High School, technical, vocational, trade, or manufacturing-based position (required).
  • Have the ability to apply an understanding of hand tools usage and manufacturing practices to carry out instructions in a classroom setting and in presentation form.
  • Have proficient PC skills, including PowerPoint to create and update training presentations.
  • Have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Have the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Have the ability to read and understand instructions and visual aids.
  • Have strong mathematical and analytical skills.
