Capitol Bridge LLC is currentlyseeking a full-time TrainingFacilitator to support our training function for animportant government project.
As a Training Facilitator, you willbe responsible for delivering and assisting with the trainingprograms that will improve the effectiveness and success of ouremployees.
The Trainer should be a professional with CustomerService and / or Call Center experience. Their focus will be on thedevelopment of new employees in their specific roles and theprofessional development of currentstaff.
This schedule is asfollows :
This is a seasonal position,on-site, and the contact center hours of operation will vary bylocation but generally are : 6 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 AM EST, Sunday throughSaturday (7 days aweek).
Location : On-site, El Paso,TX
Pay andBenefits :
Base rate : $23.97hourly
Group Medical, Dental, and Visioninsurance are available first of the month following 30 days ofemployment. Capitol Bridge will be contributing $4.

Duties
- Secure and set up the training classroom and / or planvirtual training events.
- Prepare training resources andagendas.
- Deliver training toall levels of staff.
- Conductregular training activities to ensure compliance with companyprojects, policies, and laws.
- The ability to quickly acquire understanding of thecurriculum and topics of each trainingtopic.
- Conduct activities andexercises based on the training curriculumneeds.
- Distribute and analyzetraining feedback surveys.
- Monitor employees’ post trainingperformance.
- Providecoaching / mentoring in regard to performance and qualitymetrics.
- Hold refreshersessions as needed.
- Communicateconsistently with management in regard to attendance, behavior orother issues as needed.
- Have ahigh degree of flexibility.
- Assist other departments during periods of highactivity.
Required Qualifications&Experience :
- 3-5 years customer service experience within a callcenter
- I year Training Experience within the last 5years.
- Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365Suite.
- Bachelor'sD egree,preferred
