Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems.
This role requires excellent typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter and update data accurately into computer systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before it is entered and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports as needed and assist with data analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and provide support.
- Assist in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum Insert Typing Speed WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
