Responsibilities
- Advise union members on their benefit options and eligibility requirements.
- Assist in the enrollment process and provide ongoing support to ensure members' needs are met.
- Collaborate with union leaders to ensure compliance with benefit agreements.
- Conduct information sessions to educate members about their benefits.
- Respond to inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding benefits and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and benefit enrollments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, union agreements, and changes in benefit laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in benefits management or working with union organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex benefit information in a relatable manner.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be proactive, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service.
