Teller (40 Hours) - Service Staff (Eastern / St Rose Branch)

We are now accepting applications for a 40 hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to join our Service Staff team. This position will hub at our Eastern / St.

Rose branch located in Las Vegas, NV and will travel to other branches, as needed, to provide branch coverage.

Essential Functions :

Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.

• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing / activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolve clients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.

• Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and / or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay range (depending on experience) : $17.85 - $21 / hour
