Come be a front-line Brand Ambassador who drives the Resideo Brand within Security, Comfort and Connected Home Distributor accounts! You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations.
You will develop customer relationships and provide education of Resideo products through attending trade shows, seminars, workshops and similar events.
You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will deliver value by providing competitive intelligence and market trends and forging new strategic relationships.

JOB DUTIES :
- Be trained on and develop a working knowledge of Resideo-branded products and solutions in areas such as HVAC / R, Fire Safety & Intrusion, and Plumbing.
- Visit executive channel partner locations in assigned region to merchandise Resideo-branded products.
- Engage with Resideo product installers and contractors and distributors in a professional manner, generating potential new leads and excitement for Resideo products.
- Create, plan, and execute in-store trainings with distributors and trade partners to provide education on Resideo-branded products.
- Support Resideo product campaign management through Social Media engagement and by attending offsite events as required.
- Support Resideo sales process and drive product sales by influencing & motivating decision making through effective training, communication, and presentations.
- Attend various external events, including but not limited to trade shows, seminars, and workshops, to educate potential customers and partners about Resideo products and solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer reporting and visit information within assigned territory.
YOU MUST HAVE :
High school diploma or GED

- The ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
